Beta Tester Agreement

This Beta Tester Agreement applies to anyone invited to the closed beta of the Orchid Horizon Personal Assistant (“OHPA”). It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By accepting your beta invitation and paying for access, you agree to this Agreement.

1. The beta

OHPA is being tested with a small group of paying users so we can improve it before a public release. The service may not work perfectly. We will support you and respond to your feedback during the beta period.

2. Confidentiality

Until OHPA is publicly launched, we ask that you keep beta materials confidential. Specifically:

  • Do not share the beta access password, the intake form, or your configured assistant with anyone outside the beta;
  • Do not post screenshots, screen recordings, or detailed descriptions of the beta on social media, in articles, or in public forums;
  • You may discuss your general experience privately with friends or colleagues; you may not publish public reviews until we tell you the beta period has ended.

3. Feedback

We rely on your feedback. By taking part you agree that:

  • You may give us feedback freely and we may use it to improve OHPA without owing you anything in return;
  • We may quote your feedback (anonymously) in internal materials;
  • We will not publicly attribute feedback to you without asking first.

4. Your data during the beta

Your intake submission will be deleted within 30 days of the beta closing, unless you ask us to carry it over to the general-availability product. We will email you near the close of the beta to confirm what you would like to do.

5. No warranties during the beta

Beyond your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the beta is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for you.

6. Ending the beta

You may stop participating at any time by emailing legal@orchidhorizon.com. We will end the beta when we move OHPA to general availability or when we decide the beta has run its course, and will give you fair notice.
